Our 6th grade is taking advantage of the beautiful spring day and observation drawing.
Do you remember the good old days when a box could take you to the other side of the world? Or maybe the moon? The one thing that will never get old is watching kids use their imaginations!
These pre-kindergarteners sure had some fun with this box.
There are days that are so beautiful, the only thing to do with your jacket is create an alien friend.
Even our teachers get birthday hugs from Mrs. Smith!!
Happy Birthday Mrs. Beam!
Our 8th graders did an amazing job presenting the live Stations of the Cross. It was beautiful.
I am sure you are all wondering what our 7th grader Bek has been doing in the tunnel door, below is how she came up with this idea.
The original idea of sock buddies started with my 6th grade upcycling project. I found out that acrylics can take hundreds of years to degrade, and there are a lot of clothes in landfills. We had some leftover rice socks and decided we could make more to use for a Peanut Butter Jelly Drive for the DR food pantry. We collected mismatched single socks in nice condition to upcycle into sock buddies and rice socks. We made about 230 rice socks to exchange for peanut butter and jelly donations. There are some that go in the microwave or freezer, and some that only go in the freezer. You can heat up rice socks to put on aches and pains. You can use cold ones for bumps, brusies, and headaches.
Our Kindergartners were excited to learn about Palm Sunday! They are so smart.
These boys were taking a break and deciding what to do next....

Welcome to our awesome community Jerry!
I think our 8th graders are trying to gently let us know they are ready to graduate.....
We sure have the cutest leprechauns running around the school today!
What else do you do on a snowy St. Patrick's Day? Watch a movie about St. Patrick!
There were not any leprechauns in the trap this morning. 🍀
There are days that you know are going to be awesome, so you just have to rock your tiger hat.
It is important to remember that our students learn in and out of the classroom.
Our Divine Redeemer alumni are representing us well on the St. Mary's shooting team.
We are proud of our alumni!
