(Part 1/2) The final activity of our 8th graders Estes Park trip - horseback riding! Such an amazing way to conclude our time here.
Yesterday's activities concluded with celebrating mass, gym time, and the roller rink! Some of our kids needs to practice a bit more...all in good fun!
Day 2 for our 8th graders is kicking off with the high ropes course! Here we go!
Fire Ecology class was a great way to kick off our trip! We learned about fire safety, wild fires, the patterns of flames, and even built our own "towns" on a rainy/snowy hike to show how to keep fire safe. Day 1 isn't done yet, stay tuned!
And they're off! Keep our 8th graders in your prayers as they enjoy their Estes Park trip for the next three days! They have worked so hard all year to fundraiser and plan for this amazing 8th grade tradition.

Our 6th grade class did an AMAZING job with their wax museum! Choosing a Greek god or goddess, writing their own monologue to summarize their life, and becoming that god or goddess before our very eyes is a perfect example of classical education in action! This class is a great group of kids and we are so proud of them. Can you spot Zeus, Hera, Aphrodite, Demeter, Persephone, Artemis, Apollo, Hermes, and Athena?
Hopefully you are all enjoying the weather this weekend! Our 3rd graders sure were yesterday during their nature journaling time. Spring has sprung!
Dart Wars was a HUGE success! Share your pictures below.
