Our 8th graders having a blast on their retreat!
This morning our awesome kindergartners read for us Mass. They did amazing!
Prayers for our 8th graders as they embark on their retreat.
This is a tradition that has stood the test of time. What an amazing gift to have.
Track is here!!! Our 1st-8th grade track meets will be on May 14th this year!
We are in need of some coaches! Please contact Tricia Faber at tfaber@divineredeemer.net if you are interested!
Peter (center front) and Rodger (back row) made their 1st Communion this past weekend. They have been so excited to join the Catholic faith. They had some classmates come to show their support as well. Congratulations!
He has risen!
Happy Easter!
Our Extreme Lenten Projects are finishing up! What a great experience! Thank you to everyone that participated!
Our pre-schoolers and their families collected food for our food pantry during Lent. What a blessing!
This morning Mrs. Isek led us through the Stations of the Cross through Mary’s eyes.
It was beautiful! Our 6th and 2nd graders helped her.
Mrs. Clay teaches our students with passion. Each year our 8th graders are “allowed” to revolt! The catch is, they have to do it in the proper way so that they learn how to change something that they would like to change. What an awesome lesson!!
Today our 8th graders had to demonstrate and explain the chemical reaction of their choice. (Please excuse Mr. Petrie’s head, he apparently thought that since he was grading the projects, he should be front and center).
Also, the answer is yes, our middle school science teacher’s last name is Petrie.
Who wants to Rally with us?!?!
American Furniture Warehouse is giving back to Divine Redeemer Catholic School!
Pre-K made crowns of thorns. They talked how they were not kind to Jesus and how he suffered and died on the cross. Each toothpick represents a thorn and the pain that it caused. Everytime we catch them being kind, they get to pull a toothpick from the crown until it is a crown truly fit for a king!
We LOVE our prayer warriors!! Mr. Petrie has a program that our 8th graders are prayer warriors. They get to compose their own prayer and then we all get to pray them! Our 8th graders are amazing!
Happy birthday to this cool dude!
Our spring co-Ed volleyball teams all brought us home wins tonight! It is a great night to be a Cardinal!
Our 5th graders are getting to go to Starbase on Peterson Air Force Base. This is an exciting field trip that our students learn so much!
How tall is the tallest tower?
STEM class rocks!
